Group rate $39.00 per night Sunday Jan 25 - Thursday Jan 30. Resort fee is $35 per night, taxes currently at 13.38%.
For guests that prefer to phone in their reservations, you may call our Reservation Center at 800-358-8777 to secure a reservation. However a $15 (+ tax) processing fee per reservation will be incurred if you choose to call in instead of using the dedicated web-link. When calling in, refer to Glass Vegas 2020 and use the group code SBGLA0.
Reservations may be made at group rate until Friday, January 10, 2020. After that time the rate will be offered based on hotel availability only.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN DETAILS
Glass Vegas 2020 is being held in the Event Center/Grand Ballroom at Bally's Las Vegas, 3645 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109.
Load in begins at 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 28, 2020 and you must be set up NO LATER than 6:30 PM. Doors open @ 7PM sharp.
No one is allowed on the show floor without proper badging.
Badging will be mailed out prior to the show.
You + your staff may pick up lanyards/badges as early as 10:00 AM Tuesday at the Registration Desk.
Complimentary LOADING DOCK registration (TUESDAY ONLY) will be available to you beginning at 10AM. Loading Dock Reg closes at 6:30 PM.
Proper Identification is required for badge pickup. No Exceptions will be made.
If desired, you may bring your product through the hotel and into the front doors of the Grand Ballroom or Event Center. You can unload and come in through the loading docks in the back of the hotel. You can access the unnamed road behind Bally's and then proceed to your Loading Dock, please consult the map below. Please unload quickly and move your vehicle so others can do the same. Also, there will be a few complimentary loading carts you may share with others.
